The Tennessee Pharmacists Consortium for Education (TPCE) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education (CPE). The ACPE Universal Activity Numbers (UANs) assigned to this program are provided below. This knowledge based activity will provide up to 1.5 live contact hours. TPCE will electronically submit your CE credits to the NABP CPE monitor. In order to obtain CE credit, the attendee will need to provide the NABP number and sign a form attesting to attending the program.

- Discuss the impact of medication nonadherence on patient health outcomes.
- Review tools and strategies used to address medication adherence in the context of patient-provider communication.
CCUSA is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) Program (Provider number 1293). CCUSA maintains responsibility for the program. ASWB Approval Period: 11/11/2016-11/11/2019. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits. Social workers participating in this course will receive one and a half hours (1.5) continuing education clock hours.
