Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunity, ETHRA wishes to select a qualified and experienced firm or consultant to evaluate the agency’s current compensation plan structure and recommend updates to the job classification and total compensation system based on a market analysis and internal comparisons. The job classification and compensation study will provide options for upgrading or revising our current job classification and total compensation plan, including an implementation strategy.
